The Oxfordshire Play Association (OPA), working in partnership with RAF Benson has secured 2 year funding from the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust to employ a Family Support Worker to provide help and assistance to Families, stationed at RAF Benson, who have a Child with additional needs to help empower the lives of those Children.
The project is designed to help Children and Young People of Primary School age but some flexibility will be offered to ensure that we are helping as many families as possible.
The role will be for an initial term of 2 years and will offer flexible working hours of 25-30 hours per week including on average 2 evenings per week and very occasional weekend working, mainly delivered in term time.
