OPA are asking for votes to get a share of Tesco’s Stronger Starts funding to support our 2025 Faringdon Playday 👍 Stronger Starts provides grant awards of up to £1,500 to local community projects, with a particular focus on children and young people 👊 OPA have been shortlisted to receive a grant award for Faringdon

We will be delivering a FREE ‘mini’ Playday at Town Park in Faringdon on Wednesday 16th April from Midday to 3pm Look forward to seeing you there for some FREE Easter fun!      

We will be delivering Youth Sessions in Wheatley during the Easter Holidays for local Young People aged 10 to 12 Years Old (School Years 6 and 7) The sessions will take place on Tuesday 15th and Thursday 17th April from 11am until 3pm at Wheatley & Holton Playing Fields, opposite Wheatley Park School, OX33 1QG

Due to ever increasing attendance numbers we are looking to recruit Volunteers to help with the delivery of our Faringdon Junior Youth Club sessions These sessions take place from 6pm to 8pm on a Tuesday evening and are for Young People in school years 6 and 7 (ages 10 to 12) Please get in touch

The Oxfordshire Play Association (OPA) is currently looking to recruit an additional Playworker / Youthworker to help deliver sessions at our Faringdon Junior Youth Club. Please do get in touch if interested 🙏

Our Faringdon Junior Youth Club sessions will be restarting after the Christmas / New Year break next Tuesday 14th January at the Barber Rooms at All Saints Church for School years 6 and 7 👍

Our Stay & Play sessions at The Barn in Blackbird Leys restart this Thursday 9th January 2025 after the Christmas & New Year break – See You There 👍  

We are delighted to confirm that our Faringdon Junior Youth Club sessions will be relaunching on Tuesday 3rd December These will be for Young People aged 10 to 12 years old in school years 6 and 7 The sessions will be moving to the Barber Rooms at All Saints Church over the Winter period
